Return Policy – Saffron of Persia

Due to the nature of saffron as a food and hygiene product, we maintain strict return conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

   • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt.

   • Items must be completely sealed, in original shrink-wrapped packaging, and with the anti-counterfeit hologram intact and undamaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

   • Opened packages, broken seals, removed or damaged holograms, or products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Return Shipping

   • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Refund Process

   • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection and approval of the returned product.

   • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used.
